Join me May 28th at 6:30 pm for an evening of what I call Ecstatic Flow Meditation.

We will begin the session with some gentle guided breath-work. To move us out of the busy day and the busy Noise of the world and the Noise of the personal mind.

Then we will move into the Ecstatic Flow Meditation, this is a combination of connecting with our bodies and feeling the vital life force energy flowing through us…while simultaneously we will let the mind (the personality, our identity) go and allow our higher selves, our Soul to come forward. Sometimes life is so busy we don’t even recognize the truth of our own Beingness. We will be connecting with that part of us that has never been born and will never die. The timeless you, pure spaciousness, pure love, peace, bliss. Words cannot describe, it is ineffable …it is something one needs to have personal experience to know fully. I will help point you in the direction, although there is no specific location. You will know when you know. You will ‘See’ when you ‘See’.

The fullness of your Being is in the Timeless Now. It is what some would call the Peace that Surpasses all understanding, Christ Consciousness, God Consciousness. During this meditation we will Allow the frequencies and vibrations of the music to invite us further … deeper into stillness .. not stillness of the body necessarily but stillness of the mind.. beyond the stillness of the mind is the vast ocean of consciousness ..this is the silent stillness that is ever present, never changing, but vital and full and has aliveness that is so blissful. We will enter a flow state where the body may (or may not) want to move spontaneously in a variety of ways.. swaying, rocking, circular motions (or still)… but you, personality, the mind are not trying to do anything….. you’re not trying to create a state…you are simply allowing whatever the higher self wants for you to experience. This is an exploration. It’s an invitation to explore parts of you that you may or may not even know intimately.

This meditation is done in a sitting position, either in lotus on the floor or in a chair if you prefer so your body has the freedom to respond in whatever way your higher self is guiding you to.
