My work is offered within intentional container, rather than as isolated appointments. Each session is supported by presence, preparation, and integration - not just what happens in the room, but what unfolds before and after.

When you step into this work, you are entering a living field of remembrance.

You are held in:

• Attuned energy medicine (Shamanic Reiki-informed, one strand of the work)

• Intuitive guidance and reflective conversation aligned to your truth

• Nervous system regulation, grounding support and emotional clearing

• Integration practices you can carry into daily life

• a container prepared before we meet and gently tended afterward

This is why the exchange reflects energy for energy, rather than an hourly rate.

Each session is guided by what is present and ready — not by a fixed protocol.

Ways to Begin

IndiGo Sessions- Single Session (Drop-In) — $150

Single IndiGo Session (Drop -In) for clarity, grounding, or realignment. Ideal if you are new to this work or feel called to meet something specific.

No ongoing commitment

IndiGo Sessions- Monthly Rhythm — $130 per session / 3-month container

A steady, supportive rhythm for unfolding and integration.

• One session per month

• Light between -session support for integration

• Sessions scheduled in advance

• This container begins with a 3-month commitment, paid monthly.

IndiGo Sessions- Bi-Weekly Rhythm — $115 per session / 3-month commitment

For those ready to engage more consistently and deepen the work over time.

• Light between-session support for integration

• Sessions scheduled in advance

• This container begins with a 3-month bi-weekly commitment, paid monthly

Each session is approximately 75–90 minutes and fully personalized.

 Note on Ongoing Rhythms

Monthly and bi-weekly rhythms are held as 3-month containers.

Sessions are scheduled in advance to support continuity and integration.

Payment is made monthly.

After three months, we can reassess together and adjust the rhythm if needed.

A Note on Modalities

You don’t need to choose a technique in advance.

Sessions may include energy medicine, sound or frequency work, intuitive reflection, guided inquiry, or clearing practices — always in service of integration, not intensity.

If you’re familiar with Shamanic Reiki: yes, we may work in that lane.

But this work extends beyond any single modality.
