This will be 7 sessions packed full of spiritual growth, fun and sharing with like minded people. If you are curious, want to make time for your personal growth, development, and wellbeing, if you are interested in meeting new people or you want to come with a friend, than I encourage you to register.

This 7 Week Series is $28.57 per session…all sessions are required to be paid in full before April 13th. Whether paying in full or or making payments there is a non- refundable deposit of $50 dollars to hold your spot that will be applied to the total cost. Total cost for 7 weeks is $200.

There is a minimum of 5 people required.

Please understand there is a lot of work that goes into planning these sessions. That is why I am asking for payment upfront. I have learned from experience that when people commit and invest in their own wellbeing and spiritual growth they come to the sessions with more joy and energy to learn and experience. They put it on their family calendar so everyone knows they have made this commitment to themselves and it is important to them.

What to Bring

blanket if you wish ( some meditations will be sitting and some will be lying down)

yoga mat

mediation cushion ( I do have cushions but some people like to bring an additional one)

eye mask or cloth

some classes I will ask you to bring a note pad and pen.

Last but certainly the most important is bring your Curiosity and an Open Mind and Heart

This is a sacred container that is judgment free, safe to share and be open and welcomes all.
