The Living Field: Learning to Move Energy with Intention
What if your energy isn’t as mysterious as you may have thought, or reserved for a gifted few, but something that is already moving through you every moment of every day?
Join me for an experiential practice exploring the living field that surrounds and flows through your body.
In this class, we will learn to become aware of our energetic field and gently guide its movement through breath, attention, posture, and conscious awareness. Together we will explore the natural toroidal flow of energy-learning how to sense it, strengthen it, expand it, contract it, and move it with intention.
Using simple guided exercises, we will explore:
Becoming aware of the energetic space within and around the body
Learning to sense and move the toroidal field
Expanding and contracting the field with intention
Developing greater coherence, presence, and energetic awareness
Balancing awareness in front, behind, above, and below the body.
Using movement as a bridge to energetic perception
Learning how to intentionally feel into the zero point- the zero point is the ultimate balancing point, the void, not of emptiness but of infinite potential - where ego dissolves and time stops - pure awareness and possibility.
This is a participatory practice - engaging with your own energy field intentionally
No prior experience is necessary. Whether you are new to energy work or have been exploring consciousness for years, this class offers an opportunity to deepen your relationship with your own living field through direct experience.
